We Believe in the Power of Prayer

You’ll find the church warm and inviting, a place where the presence of God peacefully resides.

South Elgin Community has a very active prayer ministry including an online prayer team, a prayer circle, a phone prayer chain and a study/prayer group. Many church members participate in one or more of these mission groups and others have an active individual prayer life.

Matthew chapter 7, verse 7 teaches us: “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Our prayer circle invites you to embark on an incredible journey to ask, seek, knock and find the open door of answered prayer.
